Swiss “Neuchatel” clock What’s in a name? Well, in this case “Neuchatel” refers to the origin of this clock style in the Neuchatel region of Switzerland . Here, the famous hourglass case with its gilt and floral decorations evolved. This clock features a Swiss seven day time and strike movement in which the hours are struck on two melodious brass bells. It also has an enamel dial and two glass side panels for viewing the movement.
