On offer is this Rare Sylvac Chicken Ashtray in the rarer Lemon Matt Colourway. The mould number to the base is '1292' and a faintly impressed 'Made In England' There is a match striker on the back of the chicken which looks unused It is a genuine pre 82 piece. It does have a Chip/nick on the top edge of the ashtray as shown in the pictures, it had been previously filled in prior to my buying it. There is faint overall clean age crazing as would be expected a piece this vintage, first produced approx 1936.
