Two Sylvania 6F8G Audio Radio Vacuum Tubes. Estimate these tubes were made in the early 50s. The 6F8G is dual triode tube used in National, Ansley, Lafayette, Belmont and Allied equipment, plus other audio and guitar amplifiers. Also the 6F8G may be substituted for a 6C8 and a 6SN7 (with an adapter or mod). These tubes have standard octal base, black Tee type plates, dual spacers, copper rods, grid radiators, solid square getter frames, clean grid cap and side getter flash. These tubes have the same construction and are in excellent condition. One tube has no stencil marks. Please review the photo for the details. Excellent test results for Gm: 2.30 / 2.95 and 2.95 / 2.96 with 1.70 as the recommended minimum. These tubes were tested on a Triplett 3444A Tube Analyzer and a THD audio amplifier for noise, high voltage, microphonics, stability, drift and general performance.
