Unused and in original box and packaging.This was delivered 2 weeks ago brand new from Sylvanian Families but arrived with one of the pillars under the awning sheared off. This could easily be mended with just a bit of glue. We were sent a replacement and told we could keep this one.A perfect Christmas present which I will dispatch as quickly as I can for you.Description from the Sylvanian Families website where it is priced at £54.95: Welcome to The Courtyard Restaurant - a friendly family restaurant. The back of the property has spacious living accommodation and the restaurant is set outside on the beautiful terrace - perfect for al fresco dining! The set includes all the restaurant furniture such as tables, chairs and counter with built-in sink, hob and counter for guests to sit at along with a wide variety of food and drinks for serving the hungry guests.
