Sylvanian Families Grand Hotel in a very good used condition with one working Light, Flickering Fireplace & Light Up Cot. It comes with all the items as shown in the photos, which includes 21 Figures, over 35 pieces of furniture and 100 accessories . There is slight discolouration on the roof and balcony, but not really noticeable and a bit of paint has come off on the hinge. This would make a brilliant Christmas gift for any little boy or girl.
