For sale is 1 New In Box, Mint Condition (Never Removed From Box) Very Rare Sylvanian Families Japan Urban Life Series Two-Story House From the early 1990's Nothing is missing * or damaged. It has never been taken out of it's box and has never been played with. It's condition is New. Important to note : Sylvanian Families Houses rarely ever come with figures and accessories like furniture. This house was never released with any figures or furniture. All the pictures for this sale are of the box. The pictures show Urban Life figures and Furniture that were released separately during the early 1990's. ** No figures, furniture, or other accessories are included with this house. As I mentioned above, it was never released with any. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. (I have 2 and they're both in the same New - Mint Condition.
