This lovely furnished Sylvanian Families Willow Hall house includes many small accessories as seen in the photos, plus a family of 5 Cows in mint condition. The house has all its original railings, the staircase and extra floor piece plus 2 working lights (new batteries supplied). At the base of the chimney are two areas which appear lighter but there is no actual damage to the house itself. I have tried to show this in one of the photos. The house is otherwise in good, clean condition. All the furniture is in excellent condition, with the fireplace having working light effects (new battery supplied). Accessories include new, handmade bedding and cushions, telephone and book, kitchen items, basket of fruit, bathroom accessories, books, pencils and ruler in pot, tricycle, pushchair, play mat, etc. I do not have the original box but the house will be well packed in a box for postage. From a smoke and pet free home. UK postage only. Collection welcome.
