Offered for auction is a Small Oval Platter by Syracuse China in the "Griffon" Pattern, used on the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad Dining Car Service. This the 2nd and last one of these that I am offering from the same estate as the other ATSF Railroad China listed. White background with Black Graphics. Measures app. 8 1/4" long and 5 3/4" wide. Back Stamp in Green Underglaze: O.P.C.O. SYRACUSE -CHINA- H-2 Not sure of age. Wonderful vintage condition with minimal utensil marks from use. Nice shiny glaze. No chips nicks or cracks.
