Lovely SYLVANIAN FAMILIES set: GRAND HOTEL plus all figures as shown in the photograph (I have counted 30 figures in various family groups). Also furniture and other accessories. This is a three-dimensional model, so I have tried to photograph it from all sides so you can see all the detail. This was a professional shop display model, mounted on a green MDF board (42×20" / 107×51cm approx.) The hotel has been lightly screwed down to the board, and most of the figures/furniture are held in place with modelling gum. However, the hotel/house can be removed from the board and closed up, and the gum on the figures is the sort that can be rubbed off if you want to move them about. Would suit someone wanting the playset, or a collector. The whole thing comes in a perspex box (see final photo), measuring w42×d20×h26" / 107×51×66cm - the box can easily be removed, as I did for photographing purposes. There are a couple of small cracks at the back of the box. Please note this is an AUCTION listing and there is not a Buy It Now price. Owing to the size, this is a collect-only lot. Cash on collection or Paypal welcome - since it is a collect-only item, buyers are welcome to inspect before taking it away.
