Lovely SYLVANIAN FAMILIES set: OLD OAK HOLLOW TREEHOUSE plus all figures as shown in the photograph (I have counted 20 figures in various family groups). Also furniture and other accessories. This is a lovely three-dimensional model, which I have photographed from all sides - there are the rooms inside the house, the decks off to the sides and the pool and boat at the bottom. This was a professional shop display model, mounted on a green MDF board (25.5×18" / 65×46cm approx.) The treehouse has been mounted on the board, and most of the figures/furniture are held in place with modelling gum. However, the gum on the figures is the sort that can be rubbed off if you want to move them about. Would suit someone wanting the playset, or a collector. The whole thing comes in a perspex box (see final photo), measuring w25.5×d18×h27.5" / 65×46×70cm - the box can easily be removed, as I did for photographing purposes. Please note this is an AUCTION listing and there is not a Buy It Now price. Owing to the size, this is a collect-only lot. Cash on collection or Paypal welcome - since it is a collect-only item, buyers are welcome to inspect before taking it away.
