What a find this one is..... a beautifully handpainted (and dated 1898) double portrait covered vanity jar. This one measures 2.75 inches tall and 5.5 inches diameter.. the background is a lovely pale blue with rasied painted scrollwork all around top and bottom.... the lid has two lovely winged angels, dark and light haired, on the top.... the artwork is beautifully done... t are NO chips or cracks and no paint loss... this is a beauty.... it is marked as shown, on the bottom and the 1898 in gold is on the inside of the lid.. so very elegant and beautiful.... don't miss out on this one...
