In each batch of auctions I list I have a few people who do not read the auction terms and, as a result, unnecessarily complicate transactions. PLEASE READ MY COMPLETE TERMS PRIOR TO BIDDING and email me if you have any questions before you place a bid. I hate to turn away bidders, but I only want people bidding who are going to trust the eBay system and cooperate with my reasonable terms as clearly stated. In particular, please note that I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL and ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS AND MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO MY BUSINESS NAME, ROOMN8. BUYERS WITH FEEDBACK OF 5 OR LESS MUST EMAIL FOR APPROVAL BEFORE BIDDING.
PLEASE NOTE: Invoices will be sent at the conclusion of day 2 of my current auctions. This way, buyers who make purchases from both days will have a single invoice with applicable shipping discounts applied.
Cards are guaranteed authentic and original. Ungraded cards are guaranteed to grade unless otherwise stated.

Auction Terms & Conditions:

On purchases totaling under $1000, USPS First Class Shipping/Handling is $3 for the first card, $1 for each additional card, plus optional Insurance with Signature Confirmation charged at $4 for up to $100 in value, $1 for each additional $100 in value.
On purchases totaling $1000-$1499, USPS First Class Shipping/Handling including Insurance with Signature Confirmation is $12 to $15 depending on total item quantity/weight.
On purchases totaling $1500-$1999, USPS First Class Shipping/Handling including Insurance with Signature Confirmation is $15 to $20 depending on total item quantity/weight.
On purchases totaling $2000 and above, packages must be sent USPS Registered at a total cost of $20 to $30 (including Insurance) depending on total item quantity/weight and value of the purchase.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is due within 10 days of the close of the auction.
Please make payment payable to roomn8 (business name).
Checks, money orders and cashiers checks are the only accepted forms of payment.
Not responsible for items which the buyer declines to insure.
Items for which insurance has been paid are covered in full by Collectibles Insurance Agency.
Items purchased with US Postal Money Orders will ship upon receipt. Cashiers checks, personal checks, and non-postal money orders are subject to clearing and items purchased this way will be held up to 10 days, generally.
No returns accepted on third party graded cards unless t has been a mechanical error in my description. Any disputes as to the grade must be addressed directly with the grading company.
