This is a great and quality alternative to a BlackHawk assault vest Most of the same features at a fraction of the price. Many of the features of this vest I like better than BlackHawk. Look at the adjustment straps on the sides ... blackHawk uses laces with parachute cord that I get tangled up in. The holster on this vest is adjustable for the angle of the draw. It comes with attachment points on the back and a "down man" drag strap at the base of the neck. More photos and details available on our web site ... This is a good design and well made. Don't worry about my washed out picutres ... these colors are similar to US BDU green ... but has some extra brown it it ... would work fine in the forest or the desert. This vest has tons of pockets and pouches. The main rifle mag pouches are 6 inches deep and have an adjustable Velcro'ed flap that allows/contains a much longer mag ... if needed. T are three of those pockets on one side ... and a fourth around the side of the other. The fourth one can be used for a radio ... or more mags. These pockets easily accept a mag that is 3 inches wide. The pistol mag pouches/pockets are over 3 inches deep with another adjustable Velcro'ed flap allowing it to retain longer pistol type clips. T are three of these pouches above the holster. T is a fourth on the front of the holster and t are two detachable/moveable pouches attached to the right and left side of the included belt. The pouches on the belt are closed with a FastEx type slide fastener ... the extra positions can be used for pistol clips, knives, mag-lites ... whatever. These pouches are about 1.5 inches wide. The vest also has a GP pocket that is on the upper right chest. That pocket is about 4x5 inches. T is another pocket for first aid kit, compass or the like on the upper left chest. That pocket is about 2.5x4 inches. The holster has adjustment points and fits most medium and large frame autos. It has an adjustable retention strap with FastEx type connector and quick release. You can also adjust the holster's position for angle and ride of the gun on the chest / vest. T are also two large zippered internal pockets that cannot be seen in the pictures. They are inside the vest ... for maps or whatever ... and measure about 8x11 inches. The pistol belt is adjustable and the inside of the belt is fitted with one side of velrco allowing you to use "normal" or accessories such as BlackHawks BTS so that gear cannot slide around on the belt. The back of the vest is fitted with webbing that allows further attachment of hydration systems, assault packs, cargo pouches or whatever using either Molle, ALICE clips, BTS ... whatever.
