Tactical Tailor ACU pattern IBA carrier in size medium. The carrier replaces the government issue OTV. The Tactical Tailor carrier is side opening, with an internal cummerbund, has adjustable shoulders/sides, and has MOLLE webbing covering the front & back. This carrier is one year old and is like new. The carrier holds size medium Interceptor soft armor and SAPI/ESAPI plates. Soft armor and plates are NOT included. A new carrier like this sells for $400 from Tactical Tailor.
