Published in 1933 by the Tudor Publishing Company of New York, it contains twenty-nine of Poe's most famous horror stories. The fabulous illustrations by Harry Clarke offer a terrifying dimension to the wild stretches of the imagination as crafted by the ingenious author. There are 8 amazing tipped-in color plates and 24 black & white renderings. This is a 1933 edition & is in remarkably good condition for an 82 year old copy.
