I have been on a 'long vacation' from selling on eBay, but I am glad to be back and will be giving good service as always.Am listing some items from my husband's parents estate. I don't know a lot about some of the items, but have done some research, so bare with me, if I state something you don't agree with. Also, please let me know the mistake or any infomation you can give me. It will be appreciated and thanks in advance. This auction is for a antique Blenko piece of art, I was told. Also, that it is a pinched bottle. Art.....beauty? Guess it's all in the eye of the beholder. To me, it is really just weird looking. Maybe it could grow on me, after a while, but that remains to be seen. :) In some of the pictures, it appears dirty inside......it IS NOT. It measures 12 3/4" in height, 4 1/2" in diameter, at the base. 2 3/16" at the top and varying around the middle. The mouth of the bottle has a thicker lip, from one side to the other. The 'pinches are very deep, measuring 1 3/8", 1 5/8", 2 3/16", 2 5/16" in depth and also wider on two sides. In the center of these, it has a cat's eye effect, w the two insides come together. Think you can see this in one of the pictures, down through the mouth, to the pinches in the bottle. It has bubbles in the glass in different sizes and one can feel like small pieces of the glass coming through to the outside, not sharp though. It's hand blown for sure, with a rough pontil on the bottom. This has been the hardest thing I have had to describe on eBay, I kid you not. The color is sort of a sea green and it weighs 2 3/4 lbs, before packing. it's a very thick glass bottle, that's easy to hold. Think you can tell more about it from the pictures, than you can from me. Is it in EXCELLENT CONDITION? Well, t are no chips or cracks. :) Excellent for a Blenko pc. I guess.
