Wonderful french Art Deco table lamp
La Maison Desny around 1930 It's a wonderful modernist table lamp with 27 glass plates on top of each other. With the original light green glass plates with polished edges. It's a french skyscraper design from the 30's and very hard to find. The lamp-foot is made of silvered metal. La Maison Desny is one of the most popular designer from this period, well known as Jean Perzel , H. Petitot and Jacques Adnet . The glass is original and in a very good condition. It's electrified for one french light-bulb (B22). The wiring should be renewed. Modernist design at his most beautiful way... The table lamp is in a wonderful condition of it's age. It's from the 30's, the period of art deco, streamline design and machine age. The glasses are in a perfect condition, with no chips or cracks and only small signs of use. The metal has a nice patina and has got only small signs of use. Of it's age a perfect condition !!
