This TOP OF THE LINE Tamaya "Jupiter" sextant is in IMMACULATE condition, looking and operating virtually like NEW , housed in it's sturdy factory Hardcase. Believe that the model is MS 833. It remains in REMARKABLE condition- Not a speck of exposure marks or wear to the surface. Purchased for an extended cruise and NEVER USED . Illuminated arc for low light sights. Battery compartment is super clean. Comes with the optional 4X40 power general purpose Tamaya 'starscope'. NO wear to the finish, arc, operating surfaces. Optics, filters and mirrors are in excellent condition. It is superb - A finer example cannot be found. STOUT Offshore Hard Case is unblemished and holds the instrument SECURELY . Holds the mirror adjusting wrench, and has recesses for extra batteries and wipes. The starscope is perfect for sunsights, as well as evening star shots- The optics have superb light gathering ability.
