Offering at Buy it now! Vintage '70s Made in japan Tamco VW bus record player. I have seen a few of these on ebay, and most likely is an Squirt soda pop promotional item. The bus is in minty condition. The box and instruction sheet are in very good condition. Box is complete with a tear. The sheet has one small tear (1") on a crease at the bottom. I play tested this thing on a record album. It ran strong and fast. You lay a record album on the table and the bus moves around in the grooves and plays the record. It sounded like the old am radios. The sound was clear and at a good volume. I did notice it ran a little slow as the vocals dragged a bit. But, Most likely this is very common.
