The box has been opened,all parts are on the sprues,all but one bag is factory sealed. The kit is molded in gray and clear, the clear body allows you to see the interior structure of the aircraft. Thank YouDuring the late 1930's and early 40's,numerous pilots,aircraft and engineers had concluded that they were coming up against a formidable barrier,like a seemingly inpenetrable wall in front of an aircraft fuselage and wings as it approached MACH 1(SPEED of SOUND). In 1944 the USAAF made studies and contracted with the Bell Aircraft Corporation to build a rocket powered research aircraft.
