Up for auction is a Tamiya TL-01. The car was purchased as a Birthday present for my son. He played with it for awhile, then basically forgot about it. We have had it for a long time, and I have to laugh as I write this, as it sounds too much like the ol' "driven to church by Granny on Sundays" type cliche, but this car has the original tires on it. They are fairly worn, but they are original. Each time the car was ran, it was cleaned with compressed air, and the major friction points were lubricated. Again, the TL-01 is not a new item by any stretch of the imagination, but it left a mark on the industry, as they were a popular car. This is quite possibly the cleanest and most well maintained one you will find. Included is the chassis, the blue Mustang body, and the controller (transmitter). All you need is a bettery pack for the chassis, and 6 "A" batteries for the transmitter. Again, this car works great, there are no problems, issues, etc. with anything on this car. Slap the batteries in it, and have some fun. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. I will ship to the 50 United States only. Also, since it is so close to Christmas, and considering the fact that this might be a Christmas present, I will do my best to expedite it as quick as possible. Thanks for looking.
