Printed in 1987 and out of print. Glossy paper. Soft cover. OOP, Near Mint, Excellent Condition. Winner to pay Media mail S/H: $2.99 (US Only. Average 8-14 days arrival in continental USA, 6 weeks to ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/FPO,) or Priority Mail: $5.30 (3-5 day arrival.) * If you want to receive the book faster, please pay for Priority Mail.
