TANSILL'S PUNCH CIGAR BASEBALL ADVERTISING CARDS 10 turn of the century or earlier Tansill's Punch advertising cards- the cards all say "Smoke the Best, Tansill's Punch, America's Finest 5c Cigar." The cards are not dated, t is a small number 56 in the left bottom corner of each card and the words Tobin, NY in the right bottom of each card- t is nothing on the back of any of the cards. The cards have a baseball theme as follows: one card says Washington in the top left and then under the player it says "An Anxious Moment- Hines"- the next says New York and "Ain't it a Daisy- Smiling Mickey"- the next says New York again and "W You Have It- Tim Keefe", the next Chicago and "Oh, Come Off- Anson"- the next Philadelphia and "Not Onto It- Ferguson"- the next Indianapolis and "Struck by a Cyclone- Glasscock"- the next Boston and "The Flower of the Flock- our own Kelly"- the next Pittsburg and "A Slide for Home- McCormick"- the next Detroit and "Watch me Soak It- Dan Brouthers" and the last card has Philadelphia and says "Go It Old Boy- Andrews." The cards measure 4.25" x 2.75"- they are not mint, but are not abused- appears they might have been glued to something at some time, as t is a little paper off the back of each one.
