Tasmanian Devil comic book. Gold Key publishing. No.1 from 1962. ONLY ISSUE MADE OF TASMANIAN DEVIL IN HIS OWN BOOK. KEY ISSUE HIGHLY DESIRABLE! Grades FAIR-GOOD per Overstreet Price Guide Grading Standards. Some gloss remains, staples all attached, and complete. The main reason for falling in this grade is the obvious pieces missing on front cover. Warner Brothers publishing. Highly sought after cover showing Tasmanian devil who is going to eat Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny, and Tweety Bird. Press runs in the 1960's were usually half the normal run on first issue new characters because the publisher does not know yet how well the comics will sell. And Tasmanian Devil fans all fight over the same book for their collection compared to something like Richie Rich who has thousands of different issues to complete them, which is almost impossible to do, so they are satisfied purchasing some runs.
