Taylor, Smith and Taylor LuRay pastel demitasse cup with its matching saucer in their soft SURF GREEN color. It should be noted that Luray was mass produced by TS&T and were color dipped which can result in missed color coverage, especially around the handle. This is perfectly normal and is found on all specimens. The cup measures 2 3/5” in diameter and sits 2 1/4” high and the saucer is 5" in diameter. Packaged weight of this cup & saucer is 15 ounces. Neither piece has any chips, nicks, cracks or stains; you can see the marks from the manufacturing process on the underside. The bottom of the saucer is marked "T.S. & T. LuRay Pastels U.S.A." and the color number (6 42 1). The cup is lightly marked as well. A beautiful, small demitasse cup and saucer in pastel SURF GREEN.
