BAVARIA GERMANY RW 1 CUP AND 2 SAUCERS Gold and Black, gorgeous! Here is one (1) RW (Rudolf Wachter) Black and Gold cup and two (2) saucers. I had an extra saucer, so I am including it so that even though a saucer, it could be used to serve a piece of cake or cookies on the side. This outstanding 'Gold Scallops Ovals on Black' design is a vintage item from the 1960's, made in Bavaria, Germany. The footed teacup is elegant with its full gold interior of the cup bowl, the saucer stunning with its black on gold. It is in pristine condition for age, with no chips, no cracks, no repairs. The cup is approx 2 1/4" tall and approx 3 1/2" across. The saucer is approx 5 3/4" across. The marking on the bottom: 'RW Bavaria' within a gold circle and under that it says 'made in Germany' (see photo) and the number 41 and 7988 in gold.
