Hall of Famer Ted Williams, the Sultan of Swat, Framed Original Autograph This ORIGINAL framed Ted Williams autograph, notarized in 1990, sold for $250.Ted Williams played with the Boston Red Sox his entire career - from 1936 to 1960. He was the MVP in the American League an incredible 18 times and was MVP for the Majors five times. He is arguably considered the best player in Major League Baseball. He hit .406 in 1941, with a career BA of .344. Besides the autograph, beautifully framed and matted, you get his career stats and a great photograph to hang up on your wall.
