This "Yes-No" bear is mechanical and was manufactured in England in 1988 and is signed by Fritz Ferschl the author of the "The Schuco Book." It is number 985 of 5000 and comes complete with tag, folded certificate. When you move the tail from left to right the head moves back and forth. It stands only 12" high and is in excellent condition -- it was displayed briefly and then carefully packed and stored. It is NOT a growler. This is very difficult bear to find and would be an excellent Christmas or Birthday gift for a collector.
