What's included in the box: 1) Leonardo 40" stainless steel sword with blue eye wrap in personal box; handle is 7". 2) Raphael 15.5" steel 2 pc set of sai with red eye wrap in personal box. 3) Donatello 71"wooden 3pc collapsable Bo staff with purple eye wrap and personal box 4) Michelangelo 10" nunchuk with orange eye wrap and personal box. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (or simply Ninja Turtles , abbreviated TMNT , are a fictional team of four anthropomorphic turtle mutants, who are trained by their sensei , Master Splinter , to become skilled Ninja warriors. From their home in the sewers of Manhattan , they battle petty criminals, evil megalomaniacs, and alien invaders , all while remaining isolated from society at large. Leonardo (Blue) âe" Leo is known in all incarnations of the title as the leader of the group, he is courageous, decisive, deadly, and a devoted student of martial arts. As a strict adnt to Bushido , he has a very strong sense of honor and justice. He wears a blue mask and wields a pair of ninjaken (literally "ninja sword"), although every incarnation identifies his swords as " katana ." He is named after Leonardo Da Vinci .[2] Raphael (Red) âe" The team's anti-social bad boy, Raph has an aggressive nature and seldom hesitates to throw the first punch. His personality can be alternately fierce and sarcastic although this could be attributed to "growing pains" in his teenage years. He resents Leonardo at times because of his position of authority, although his brotherly love is fiercely established and his loyalty to Leo though sometimes shaken is vastly proven. Raph wears a red mask and wields a pair of sai . He is named after Raphael .[2] Michelangelo (Orange) âe" The easy-going and free-spirited Mike provides much of the comic relief . While he loves to relax, this Turtle also has an adventurous and creative side. He wears an orange mask and wields a pair of nunchaku . He is named after Michelangelo . His name was originally misspelled "Michaelangelo" by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman. [2] Donatello (Purple) âe" The brilliant scientist, inventor, engineer, and technological genius. He is perhaps the least violent Turtle, preferring to use his intellect to solve conflicts. He wears a purple mask and wields the bÅ staff. He is named after the sculptor Donatello .[2] Master Splinter âe" The Turtles' sensei and adoptive father, Splinter is a mutant rat who learned the ways of ninjutsu from his own master, Hamato Yoshi . In some incarnations, he is Hamato Yoshi. Splinter is a parody of Stick , the man who mentored Daredevil .[ citation needed ] He is the mortal enemy of Shredder and sometimes uses the TMNT to fight against Shredder's evil Foot Clan.
