These are two different paper weights by Teign Valley. Both are from the 1990's and are limited editions. Each are engraved with the numbers, 7/1000 and 4/1000. Plus the letters T.V.G. Each design is different and both attractive in their own way. They both have a small square stand which you can use if you want. Condition is perfect. I have added some more photos not easy to show the mark on the bottom, hope you can see it OK. The sizes are, Green one, Dia. 56mm. just over 2ins. Pink very slightly smaller.
