I have moved overseas, so I'm selling my beloved Opus 7 which I have enjoyed for many years.Built in 1957. The mechanics were serviced five years ago. All old paper capacitors were replaced.All tubes tested strong. Has two EL84 tubes and a new tuning eye. Still sounds great, as it should. I only play FM which has an internal antenna. AM & SW require external antenna which I never used.The case and all cosmetics are all completely original and unrestored. The wood case is just beautifulwith no stains or scratches. The finish still retains a nice high gloss which is soft to the touch.The brass trim around the face and dial is complete with only one or two minor "dings" The grillcloth is perfect original. Stain-free. Probably from sitting in smoke-free rooms. The back cardboard panel is also excellent. Taped on the inside of the back panel is the original service diagram.This radio measures 26"x16"x10.5" Weight is approx. 37 lbs. It will be shipped double boxed wrappedin bubble. Final wt. would be about 40 lbs measuring 30"x20"x14"Shipping charge will be the actual cost via UPS ground. Price will depend on zip from 95060.Please request invoice prior to payment.
