TeleVue 5x Powermate 1 1/4" This is a truly magnificent 5x powermate. Almost aberation free, certainly nothing I could see. Only selling this as I have now switched over to 2" optics for my telescope setup.I have had this about 12 months and used it maybe 3 or 4 times, it's clarity blows me away. I have some other highly recommended barlows (2x and 3x) and they are very good, but they do not have the clarity of a powermate . As new condition, only thing that separates it from new is the "Powered By TeleVue" sticker is missing. If I find it I will send it with the powermate. Info from the web: "Al Nagler’s new 4-element concept, continues the tradition of full-field sharpness with optimum aberration control. Like long eye-relief? Retain the eye-relief of longfocal length eyepieces, while at high power." These retail at around £160, I am asking for £100 + £5 p&p for this one. You are more than welcome to collect from me, just let me know at time of purchase when you would be popping over and I'll make sure I am around. Please do not contact me with offers, the price is £100 whether you are collecting or having delivered (obviously with the additional £5 if having delivered). I will only deliver to the UK Mainland. I am selling off some of my astro gear due to change outs, upgrades etc. so please check my other items.
