Teton Rocks! Ten Polychromic Jasper Gemstone Sps 'Crystal Balls' with Stands
This auction is for the TEN beautifully carved natural and genuine Polychromic Jasper Sps as shown in the pictures below. This terrific group features the full range of colors common to Polychrome Jasper including red, pink, gray, orange, tan, yellow, brown and blue; as well as the gorgeous natural patterns that make Polychromic Jasper a favorite among collectors. This set makes a wonderful starter collection, a perfect gift, and/or a large addition to an existing collection. Each of these marvelous gemstones has a smooth high-gloss polish, and were mined and carved in Madagascar . They measure from 34mm (approx. 1-1/4 inches) to 39mm (approx. 1-1/2 inches) in diameter, and have a combined weight of nearly one and one-half pounds . Polychrome Jasper , also known as Royal Savannah Jasper , is reputed to foster balance within one's personal environment. Like all Jaspers, it is a protective stone that increases confidence and fosters a sense of optimism.
