This special house exemplifies the architectural style of the 19th Century-Gothic. 3 story, five rooms house features two elaborate full bay windows, wrap around porches with finely shaped dimensional railings and windows. � These kit require minimal sanding and assemble in a fraction of the time of traditional dollhouse kits. � This dollhouse kit DOES NOT come with paint, glue, shingles, hardware, furnishings, or other decorations. Woods are still very solid. � Age recommendations: Assembly - 12 and up. Assembly with parent - 7 and up. Finished houses are not recommended for young children for the Tennyson Dollhouse Kit. Parts are pre-cut for easy assembly. No nails or tools needed. Easy tab and slot assembly. All plywood luan mahogany. Assembled size is 33" H x 24" W x 15" D. � 700 shingles required. Features five large rooms. Bay windows, fire place. Floor to ceilings planter. Two wrap around porches. Stands three stories tall. Assembly is required. � This in an attic find. I open the box to take some pictures. I am not sure if all the pieces are there but the box is full with instructions. Box has water marks and 2 or 3 panels has water marks too (please see picture #6). This little flaws can be cover with paints. � AGAIN, you are buying
