As is often the case with surplus, t are missing items. The kit is NOT complete. What's included is new, never used or issued. Missing items are -- The sewing palm, 150 three inch patches, 50 4 3/8 inch patches, 25 6 1/4 patches, the slide adjusters, glue , scissors and the manual. All else is t as far as I can determine. No refunds, returns or overseas sales. Please sell with Pay Pal within 7 days of auction closing. This is a heavy item, 20 pounds, and will require more postage than usual. Thanks for looking!
