This beautiful Tete Jumeau reproduction would be a delight to any collection. The head has been cast in white bisque and colour washed to achieve the perfect base for her finely painted lashes and brows and softly blushed cheeks. She has pierced ears with pearl ear-rings and soulful big Brown Glass Threaded Paperweight eyes. We have also shown how beautiful she looks in wigs (the wigs are not for sale) Head circumference measures 15" (38cm) She will need a 22" French body giving a finished doll of 28"/30". Bill & Carole Parrish have been making reproductions of the wonderful antique dolls since 1978 under the name of Sheer Elegance, now retired, we just can't give up, we both enjoy reproducing the dolls and now make them on a much smaller scale. E ach head is signed and dated by the artist (Carole) on the back of the head. We study every detail of the artwork of the original dolls with a view to authentically and accurately reproducing them in order to compliment the Antique dolls and appeal to the collector. Postal charges are £6.50 first class recorded for the UK. £13.50 for Europe and £15.50 for the rest of the world.
