we have a Ertl Collectibles Texaco Havoline Tugboat Bank in the original box. This is the second in a series of limited editions from 2001. The original box has a few small tears, but the Tugboat Bank itself is immaculate.
History - The tugboat Texaco Havoline was built in 1946 to serve Texaco's operations in Port Arthur, Texas. The tug worked out of the company's Port Arthur terminal helping to dock large oil tankers and towing barges full of refined oil and gasoline. The powerfull sturdy ship measured 96 feet in length by 24 feet beam and was powered by a deisel engine at 1200 brake horsepower. The Texas Havoline was built to the highest specifications of its day. Thankyou for your interest.
