Ok collectors, here is a once in a lifetime chance! you've seen other Texas Marihuana Tax stamps for sale here on Ebay but this one is the one for YOUR collection! Not only is my stamp for one KILOGRAM of Marihuana (instead of one gram), it is accompanied by a 137 page book that relates to the stamp. The book is “Texas Controlled Substances Tax Act by John Sharp, Comptroller of Public Accounts.” Years ago when the controlled substances Tax Act was passed, I worked in Law Enforcement at an Anti-Narcotics Unit. These books along with the stamps (Serial number: VOID) were handed out to the officers in the unit to familiarize themselves with the stamp as well as the Tax Act. These stamps are highly collectible and very rare. The 1 Kilogram stamp is rarely (if ever) seen up for sale! Here's the deal: I am starting this auction at only $10 and have NO RESERVE. The high bidder get's both the stamp as well as the book. Any serious collector knows how much value the book alone holds! Well here, one bid get's them both! A perfect match for a serious collector. As a pair, this set is certain to do nothing but increase greatly in value. Try and find the book with a 1 Kilogram stamp anywhere else. You won't. As I said, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. If it goes for $10 then someone get's an awesome deal!Payment by PayPal ONLYPayment expected within 72 hours of auction close.Flat rate shipping within U.S. Is $6.00Will ship this item worldwide.Shipping outside U.S. Will be calculated at cost.No Handling (ripoff) fee'sI have been an Ebay member since 1998 and have 100% positive feedback. .
