This beautiful 1890's emerald green bottle held what was then refered to as "smelling salts". They were small pellets with the scent of perfume which were added to the bath.

The ground stopper is in the, very detailed, shape of a crown.

It is blown in mold with hand tooled lip and has a ground stopper and throat for a perfect fit.

It is in excellent condition with some bubbles within the glass. T is a small, flake type chip on the inside of the lip. This was likely caused during the grinding of the throat,a common defect. Shown in picture.

Measures 3 1/4 inches tall,including the stopper.
