Up for bid is a print by William E. Reed in 1968 of the legendary Delta Queen. The print picture measures 19 x 14 and the white edges measure 23 x 18 inches. The Delta Queen was listed as a national Historic Landmark in 1989.

The print is clearly signed at the bottom and the print is still sealed. Never opened since it's purchase. Nicely detailed with the people on board, the American flags, smoke coming from the stack and the paddlewheel in the back churning up water. Also note the reflection in the water.

William E. Reed (1903-1989) a maritime artist specialized in river steamboats. In his hometown of Pittsburg he became known as the "Pittsburg river artist".
