The Glamorous Betty Page: Cult Model 1950's This is volume one of three in a series. All 3 commonly go for $350-400 in this condition. Florence , Italy , 1989. Wrappers. Book Condition: Book is in very nice condition. NF. The only thing that keeps it from being the perfect copy: on the back bottom side (left), t is a small pressure indentation on the corner that affects the cover and can be detected on a number of pages, about p.40 on. This does not mar the overall beauty of the book and could be carefully corrected or improved with pressure. It is slight, not severe-about a half of a inch- not a hard fold but just a mark w some improperly stored it. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Wrappers. Slight shelf wear along top and bottom edges, small bump on top and bottom back edge at the spine. Folio - over 9 1/2" - 12 1/4" tall. 128 pages - in English - the 1st book of the 3-vol. set - 14 pages of color illustrations, incl 4 full-pagers - over 300 monochrome photo.reproductions, including dozens of full-pagers - Betty Page as dominatrix, in bondage, in a catfight and as a punished gypsy girl, among other identity changes - 7-page comic strip by Frank Frazetta - films, posters, ad page and magazine covers.
