Offering this small leather edition of Golden Treasury of Songs and Poems, selected by Francis Palgrave. Published by Thomas Crowell, New York, 1924. Soft dark brown pebbled leather boards, very clean, no spine cracks or stains, handsome gold gilt lettering on front & spine, light edge wear on top corners; page edges are also gold gilt on top. Inside covers front and back are handsome brown marbled paper. Silky thin pages are clean and tight, no scribbling, stains, or tears. Excellent full page engraving of Palgrave on page facing title page. A handsome old volume filled with hours of enjoyable poetry for your home or office library - a wonderful gift!
