We have for your viewing and bidding pleasure a vintage GOLDEN AGE MARVEL GROUP comic book with a .10 cent cover price.It is titled THE HUMAN TORCH and is VOL. 1 NO. 26 SPRING 1947 issue.On the lower part of the front inner cover it states that it was published Quarterly by CORNELL PUBLISHING CORP. MERIDEN,CONN. and the editorial offices in NEW YORK,NEW YORK.This comic has an unusual feature due to the fact that it only has 1 staple.The top of the staple is 4" down from the top.We are not expert comic book graders but will try to describe the condition as best we can.The inner comic pages are tight and together but the comic book covers are loose from these inner pages.T are two 1/2" tears on the binding edge w the staple attached the covers to the inner pages.Overall the comic is in a very strong good condition.At the top and bottom edge of the spine area it shows some wear.T is a very small amount of creasing on the front cover.One area has alittle small 1/2 moon shape on the upper top edge towards the right hand.T is also some light creased areas on the spine edge.T are some pencil notations on the upper left hand corner which were put t by the store that sold the comic originally.The back outer cover shows the 2 torn areas we previously mentioned at the start.These are not visible on the front cover.The back outer cover has a
