Marvel Comics The Incredible Hulk CANVAS Giclee HOUSE COPY signed by STAN LEE and includes the Certificate of Authenticity. Artwork by artists Fasner and Larson. This Giclee is Limited to only 17 copies worldwide. This one is hand numbered 15/17HC and was not available to the general public. The image area measures 18 x 24 inches. The whole Giclee measures 21 3/4 inches by 28 inches. This Giclee has a small crease in the white border to the left on the bottom (see pictures below). It is in the border closer to te edge of the canvas and doesn't even go near the image. As you can see from the images it is extremely minor and in no way takes away from the beauty of this Giclee. With the correct framing techniques the giclee is perfect. By far one of the most impressive images of the Hulk to date. Produced in 2003 and put out exclusively by Dynamic Forces. This Giclee is unframed. Giclees are high end reproductions that capture every detail of the original... humanly... mechanically... or technically possible. The resulting print has no perceptible dot pattern, an endless array of richly saturated color, and every nuance of the original image. The Latest inks offer a 70-year light-fastest and UV-resistance under museum archival conditions. Beyond this description a Giclee Print simply must be seen to be fully appreciated. What happens is they scan the original canvas, then use the machine they have that transposes the image and paints the exact reproduction to mirror the original. The technology to produce these is big $$$$$$$ so not everyone can make them. In Giclee printing, no screen or other mechanical devices are used and tfore t is no visible dot screen pattern. The image has all the tonalities and hues of the original painting. Giclee (pronounced Gee'clay) is a French term meaning to spray or squirt, which is how an inkjet printer works. However, it is not the same as a standard desktop inkjet printer, and is much larger. _______________________________________________________I like to ship USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is optional.
