Up for bid is the book, The Lamps of Tiffany by Dr. Egon Neustadt. This is the 1970 edition that was printed by The Fairfield Press of New York. I have read that only 3,000 copies of this book were made. They sold out quickly and have since been reprinted. Please correct me if I am wrong.
This book has more than 300 plates -283 of them are in color. It contains more than 40 rare photographs from the original Tiffany Album. T are 220 pages This book was purchased at an estate sale. It had been in storage for quite a while. It has an old book smell, but it is not too bad. The book itself is in excellent condition. I noticed just a little yellowing (spots) on the last couple of pages. The cover does have some normal wear. The spine area is pretty good, but t is definite wear on the flap creases as shown in the picture. On the front cover it looks like someone used the book to write on. T are a few writing indentations on the cover. Thanks for looking, and good luck bidding
