It opens with the identification of the accused, the reading of the indictment, and the plea of the not guilty by Eichmann . Then the Attorney General, Mr. Gideon Hausner, takes the stand to speak in the name of six million accusers. His statement is supported by the witnesses: Dr. Karl Ernst Gruber, Franz Eliezer Meyer, Zondl Shmuel Greenspan, Fried Mazia, Moshe Beiski, Leon Velichker Wales, Rudolph Berman, Yitzchak Zuckermann, Rivka Yosselevska, Aba Kovner, Aharon Peretz, George Wellers, Charlote Salzberger, Joel Brand, Aviva Fleishmann, Eliahu Rosenberg, Yechiel Dinur (Kazetnick), Joseph Zalman Kleinmann). The second CD presents first the defense and cross-examination of Eichmann. The defense was put in the hands of the German lawyer Robert Servatius. He brought only one witness to the stand - Adolph Eichmann. Throughout the defense and the cross-examination Eichmenn repeatedly claimed: "From a human point of view - guilty. From the legal point of view - not guilty".
