This dagger is the type seen used by the Klingons in various Star Trek movies and episodes. Specifically, this type of dagger was used to kill Kirk's son in Star Trek 3, The Search for Spock. The blade is made of 420 J2 stainless steel. Two 2" side guard blades can be exposed or retracted with a thumb switch on the dagger. The pommel is covered with small spikes. The handle is made of black impact-resistant ABS with a non-slip grip. Also included is a genuine leather sheath.This is a high-quality dagger made by United Cutlery. It is new and in the box.
