You are bidding on a hard cover cook book published in 1936 entitled "The Princess Cook Book" from the original Swedish "Prinsessornas Kokbok" by Jenny Akerstrom. Translated by Gudrun Carlson. This contains recipes for traditional Swedish fare. These recipes were tested in the renowned cooking school owned and managed by Mrs. Jenny Akerstrom in Stockholm, Sweden. Dedication reads: "Dedicated to Princess Margaret of Denmark Crown Princess Martha of Norway Crown Princess Astrid of Belgium and to all my other students. Since the original publication of this book, Crown Princess Ingrid of Denmanr, daughter of Crown Prince Gustaf Adolf of Sweden has also attended my School." This book is in very good condition. T is one small tear in the title page of the book, and one page has been ripped in half, although both pieces are included. Published by Albert Bonnier Publishing House.
