Kerygmacomics You are bidding on a CGC Universal Grade Comic. The Walking Dead issue #3. Image Comics 12/03. 1st Appearance of Allen, Donna, Billy, Ben, Jim, Dale, Carol, Sophia, Amy and Andrea. Serial # 0772651020. Graded to be a 9.8 by the CGC, case is in MINT condition. White pages. Comes delivered wrapped in bubble wrap and sent via Priority Mail, boxed. PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING!A handling fee of 4.95 is included in the shipping total you see under the shipping calculator (most calculations total 9.00). You can combine comics/vintage items and pay only a one time fee of 4.95 for handling. Combined auctions are considered per day invoicing only. If you disagree with our handling charge then do not bid!Shipping on all comics/vintage items is done by priority mail only. Shipping and handling discounts offered if more than one item is purchased. PLEASE DO NOT CHECK OUT UNTIL YOU ARE INVOICED!!! Comics are card boarded and all come delivered in plastic cover with heavy card board backing, unless it specifies other. We can fit 2 regular sized comics into a flat rate priority envelope with cardboard for 9.00 (this is including the handling fee), after 2 you will have to have your comics sent in a box and this requires us to use calculated postage to your destination. All CGC graded comics are shipped via priority mail and bubble wrapped and boxed. We will do your calculations for your on the postage and handling when we invoice you. PLEASE DO NOT CHECK OUT UNTIL INVOICED!!! Calculated postage on CGC graded and vintage items. We send out comics internationally, but expect to have them sent via Global Priority Only and we do not give out estimations of postage this will be done at checkout depending on w you are located.We do not offer refunds on damaged items done in the postal transit, this is what insurance is for, if you want it request it!All items are shipped out same day or next day after payment is made. We do not offer delivery confirmation unless you request it and pay EXTRA for it. Insurance is required on all purchases totaling over $25. The cost of insurance is 1.35 per one-hundred dollars.PAYMENT OF YOUR ITEMPayment MUST be made within 3 days of winning our auctions. If we do not receive a notification from you on your payment you will be re-invoiced a second time but not a 3 rd . The 3 rd time it goes straight to Ebay on a non-payment of item. We will NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS for our items. Money orders are treated the same as Pay Pal and must be received at our postal location within 5 days from closing of auction.GRADING, ETC.If you do not understand our policies or would like to ask a question about any of our items please feel free to do so via email.
