The White House Cookbook, A Comprehensive Encyclopedia of Information for the House, was written by Hugo Ziemann and Mrs. F. L. Gillett (a steward of the White House). It was published by The Saalfield Publishing Company, 1903. Copyrights were 1887 by F. L. Gillett, 1894 and 1889 both by the Werner Company. It is 575 pages in length and is 7 1/2 by 10 in.
